State and town officials along with representatives from the Ellen Knowles Harcourt Foundation, the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company: Operation Ranger and Emmon's Tree and Landscaping were on hand to celebrate our newest fire fighting asset, and to thank everyone for their generosity through kind donations to make Ranger 1 possible

 

Home Depot hosted this safety fair bringing together all 3 of New  Milford's fire departments, New Milford Community Ambulance Corp, and
New Milford Police Dept. to teach the public all about what we do best. Demonstrations and activities for the kids made for a very memorable afternoon!

 

Basic Pump Operations Drills and repetition ensure that the full contingent of volunteers is familiar with the pumping operations on the trucks.
